Abstract

This study, based on investigations carried out in archives, proposes a recostruction of the archaeological discoveries in the territory of S. Casciano Bagni. The history of the investigations, between 1845 and 1877, is based on a document written by the canonical Manciati. He also possessed a rich numismatic archaeological collection.
