Abstract

This Article aims to analyse and discuss production and circtilation of pottery in Northern ltaly in the tenth and eleventh centuries. By valuating the forms and dimensions of its presence in this area at Saint Gerard's time, we will present functional types and they will be discussed with their own pecularities. In the final part of this essay an attempt will be made to provide some information regardíng pottery production and sale aspects.
